Return Policy
Our 14-day return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
If the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
