GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following general conditions of sale (hereinafter, "Conditions") regulate the purchase of products offered on our website www .sakuracollectables .com . By purchasing one or more items from our online store, the Customer fully accepts these Conditions.

1. Premises

These Terms of Sale govern exclusively purchases made through our website, which offers Japanese Pokémon cards with shipments from Italy. All sales contracts between the Customer and Sakura Collectables are governed by Italian law.

2. Products and Availability

All products sold on our site are described in detail with accurate information and clear images. However, as our catalog is dynamic and variable, product availability may change rapidly. In case of out of stock, the Customer will be promptly notified.

If the purchased product is not available, the Customer will have the option to choose whether to cancel the order or select another product.

3. Prices

The prices indicated on the site are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated separately based on weight and will be visible before completing the purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but orders already confirmed will not undergo any price change.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal

Payment is required at the time of ordering. If paying by credit card or PayPal, the amount will be charged immediately.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication via email to info@sakuracollectables. com with the subject "Withdrawal Order [Order Number]".

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer. Once we receive the return, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days .

7. Warranty

All products sold on our site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity. In case of defects or faults of the product, the Customer has the right to request replacement or refund, after verification by us of the defect. The guarantee does not apply to damage resulting from improper use of the products.

8. Responsibility

We assume no responsibility for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased products. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any delays in deliveries caused by force majeure events, such as strikes, natural disasters, courier malfunctions, etc.

10. Changes to the Conditions of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these general conditions of sale at any time. The modifications will be published on our site and will be valid from the moment of their publication.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. In the event of disputes arising from or in relation to purchases made, the competent court will be that of the place of residence or domicile of the Customer, if located in Italy. Otherwise, the competent court will be that of Lecco.
