Shipping and Costs
Shipping times:
The order is shipped within 24/48 working hours from the moment we receive the payment. Shipments are made from Monday to Friday so orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday or the first available working day if Monday is a holiday.
Shipping methods and costs:
All our shipments are entrusted to the express courier Bartolini, with tracked delivery within 1-2 days for Italy and 4-6 days in Europe.
Below are the rates based on the weight of the package and the delivery area:

For Italy, we offer the possibility of receiving delivery at your home or at one of the many BRT Fermopoints from where you can conveniently collect it.
What happens if the courier fails to deliver your shipment?
If the courier is not at home at the time of delivery, he will make a new delivery attempt the next working day. If the new delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, he will return the next working day.
In case of repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier will leave your package at the collection point closest to your delivery address.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to force majeure (non-existent or incorrect address), you will be contacted by our customer service to agree on where to have your shipment delivered.
